Which parts of Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and Greater Waikato do you deliver to?
Right now, we deliver Fresh Box to Auckland Metro and most Outer Auckland areas. We also deliver to Hamilton, Tauranga, and selected Greater Waikato areas. At this stage, we do not deliver to rural delivery addresses or outer islands. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your address, please check using the postcode field at checkout.
Do you deliver outside of Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, and the Greater Waikato?
Not yet – but we have big plans to grow! So keep an eye out for updates – or join our mailing list to be the first to know when we start delivering in your area.
Can I customise my FreshBox?
At this stage, the Fresh Box is pre-packed to ensure you get the best value. We’ve carefully selected every item to make sure you have everything for great meals. So you can’t currently customise your Fresh Box, but that may be something we look at in the future.

Do I need to be at home to receive my box?
No, you don’t need to be home, but we recommend arranging delivery for a time when you can refrigerate or freeze perishable items promptly. Your box will be packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to help keep it cool until you arrive.
By ordering a Fresh Box you are giving authority to leave so please ensure you provide clear delivery instructions.
What if I have food allergies?
Please check the ingredients list on each product before consuming. If you have severe allergies, be aware that items are packed together and may have been in contact with allergens. Fresh Box cannot take responsibility for any allergic reactions, and it is your responsibility to review all product information before consuming.
How long does the food stay fresh?
Your Fresh Box is packed under food-safe conditions. All chilled and frozen items are kept at the proper temperatures for freshness upon delivery. Once it arrives, please store all perishable products in your fridge or freezer immediately, and check the use-by or best-before dates on each item. Shelf-stable products can be kept in a cool, dry place.
When is the FreshBox shipped?
The Fresh Box will be dispatched in time for King’s Birthday Weekend, from 22 May – 31 May, and you can choose a delivery date when you place your order. Please note that daily quantities are limited and you need to choose a different date if that day’s delivery schedule is full. We’ll notify you by email closer to your delivery time so you know exactly when it’s on its way!
Deliveries to Tauranga are limited to Tuesday 26 May to Thursday 28 May.
Can I order multiple boxes?
You can order a maximum of two boxes but this must be done in two separate transactions. You can ship your second Fresh Box to a different delivery address – it’s perfect as a gift!
Can I send a FreshBox as a gift?
Yes! You can enter a different shipping address at checkout and, if desired, use the recipient’s email address so they’ll be contacted by the courier when it’s on the way. This is a great gift for someone who really deserves a win.
Is there a subscription option?
Not at this stage. The Fresh Box is a one-off purchase. We’ve got other experience boxes coming soon. If you’d like to know when we launch our next Fresh Box you can join our mailing list for updates.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Your box arrives in food-safe insulated packaging designed to keep perishables cold. Most components – like cardboard boxes, wool insulation, and cooling materials are recyclable. Please check with your local council for recycling guidelines.
How far in advance can I order?
You can place your order now until they sell out.
What if something is missing or damaged in my box?
If your Fresh Box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our logistics partner, Farmer’s Box, by emailing [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please supply photos of the issue. They’ll work quickly to put it right – whether that means sending a replacement, providing a substitute item, or issuing a credit.
Can I pause or reschedule my delivery?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact the Farmer’s Box customer service team as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact the Farmer’s Box customer service team promptly by emailing [email protected] to update your details. Once your box has left the warehouse the delivery address cannot be changed.
Can I track my delivery?
While you can’t track delivery you will receive an email to let you know it is out for delivery. You’ll be sent a confirmation email and a photo of your Fresh Box once it has been delivered.
